Receipts and refunds

Givebutter issues card-payment confirmation. For Zelle or Venmo, submit your gift details or contact us for acknowledgement. Refund or correction requests are reviewed individually; email us with the payment date, method, and amount.

Monthly cancellation

Recurring card gifts are managed through Givebutter. Use the donor portal or contact us for help changing or cancelling a recurring gift.

Tax information

A direct donation may be tax-deductible as allowed by law. For an event ticket or benefit purchase, generally only the amount above the fair market value received may qualify. Keep your receipt and consult a tax adviser for your circumstances.

Donor privacy

We use submitted contact details to acknowledge and administer your gift. Updates are sent only with your consent. Payment credentials remain with the payment provider and should never be submitted in our follow-up form.
